THE UNREACHED PEOPLES GROUP (UPG): THE HAZARA — AFGHANISTAN & PAKISTAN
The Hazara people are one of the most persecuted ethnic minorities in the world. Found primarily in central Afghanistan (the Hazarajat region), with large diaspora communities in Pakistan and Iran, the Hazara are predominantly Shia Muslim and have faced systematic discrimination, massacres, and exclusion. Despite this, the Hazara are resilient, known for their high literacy rates, academic achievement, and community cohesion. Evangelical Christians represent less than 0.1% of the population. Most Hazara believers must practise their faith in absolute secrecy.

PRAYER POINTS
Pray for Hazara believers living in secret for supernatural courage, community, and protection from those who would harm them for their faith. (Psalm 31:20)
Ask God to send dreams and visions to Hazara men and women as He has done in Muslim communities across the world drawing them to Himself. (Acts 2:17)
Pray for the diaspora Hazara communities in Europe, Australia, and North America, that believers would reach them with the Gospel in their own language. (Acts 8:26-40)
Ask the Lord to raise up intercessors globally who will carry the Hazara people on their hearts and pray without ceasing until a breakthrough comes. (Ezekiel 22:30)
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
Over the Hazara: No people group is hidden from the sight of God. Even those in the most secluded and overlooked places are seen and known by Him. Every hidden place, every refuge, every displaced camp, every quiet cry, is not forgotten. The hand of the Lord reaches there still.
A season of divine visitation is breaking forth, and salvation is drawing near to those who have been overlooked by the eyes of men.
